Retained as part of the 'Maitres du feu' centre at Ampsin on the Meuse between Liege and Namur. A former limestone quarry site has been opened up as a site of geological interest and the centre deals with heat-processes used to convert natural minerals. The site also includes a fine batch of masonry limekilns from the early 20th century.
